Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, inventory audits, or high-volume periods.

Bulk Depot USA reserves the right to verify, delay, or place orders on hold prior to shipment, including but not limited to new wholesale accounts, high-value orders, suspected fraud, address verification, or compliance review.

Orders are not considered accepted until they are reviewed and approved by Bulk Depot USA.

2) Shipping Within the United States

We ship within the United States from our New Jersey warehouse using major carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • LTL Freight Carriers (for pallet shipments)

Carrier and service level selection are determined by package size, weight, operational efficiency, service availability, and delivery destination.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Destination address

  • Residential or commercial delivery

  • Selected shipping method

Important: Shipping charges displayed at checkout apply to parcel shipments only unless a pallet freight method is selected.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Standard parcel shipments typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on location and carrier.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bulk Depot USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5) Pallet Freight Shipping (IMPORTANT)

Large wholesale orders may ship via palletized LTL freight service.

If the shipping method “Pallet Freight Deposit – Final Cost Calculated After Order” (or similar) is selected at checkout, the amount charged is a freight estimate or deposit only and not the final freight cost.

Final freight charges are calculated after the order is prepared and palletized based on actual shipment details including:

  • Delivery ZIP code and region

  • Commercial vs. residential address

  • Liftgate or inside delivery requirements

  • Dock or forklift availability

  • Pallet count, dimensions, and total weight

  • Carrier market rates and accessorial charges

Final Freight Charges

  • If the final freight cost exceeds the deposit, an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. The shipment will not be shipped or released until payment is received and confirmed.

  • If the final freight cost is lower than the deposit, any overpayment will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit where a refund is not permitted or feasible.

Bulk Depot USA reserves the right to hold pallet freight orders pending freight payment confirmation and scheduling. Failure to pay the freight balance within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation and applicable administrative or restocking fees.

6) Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

7) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bulk Depot USA is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Returned or rerouted shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

8) Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation. However, Bulk Depot USA is not responsible for delivery errors, theft after delivery, or carrier-related delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

9) Damaged Shipments

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

For parcel shipments, damage must be reported within 24 hours and include:

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

For freight shipments, visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing (e.g., “DAMAGED,” “SHORT,” or “PACKAGING TORN”). Failure to properly document damage at delivery may void eligibility for replacement or claim.

10) Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

All merchandise ships FOB Shipping Point (Ex-Works warehouse) unless otherwise stated in writing. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is released to the carrier or made available for pickup.

The carrier acts as the customer’s agent. Bulk Depot USA is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or non-delivery after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

11) Freight Carrier Responsibility

For pallet freight shipments, the customer is responsible for coordinating delivery requirements including liftgate service, appointments, residential delivery, and special access.

Any carrier redelivery, storage, detention, address correction, or additional accessorial charges are the responsibility of the customer.

12) Limitation of Liability

Bulk Depot USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or lost sales arising from shipping delays, carrier performance, or delivery issues.

In all cases, Bulk Depot USA’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the affected merchandise.

13) Force Majeure

Bulk Depot USA shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, supply shortages, or carrier interruptions.
