At Bulk Depot LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements are only available if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear proof, including:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
Refund or Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, Bulk Depot LLC may issue a replacement or refund depending on product availability and the situation.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Bulk Depot LLC does not provide prepaid return labels unless the claim is approved and required by the situation.
