Where to Find Your Tracking Number

Your tracking number is sent to the email address or telephone number provided with your order. Tracking information becomes available after the order has been prepared and the carrier has received or scanned the shipment.

Orders shipped in multiple packages may have more than one tracking number. Each package can travel and arrive separately.

Tracking Information Has Not Updated

A shipping label may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. Allow additional time for tracking activity to appear, particularly during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Delivery dates displayed by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Bulk Depot LLC.

Package Shows Delivered but Cannot Be Found

Check the delivery entrance, reception area, mailroom, loading dock, neighboring units, employees, and any delivery photograph provided by the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier promptly and notify Bulk Depot LLC.
