Order Cancellation Policy | Bulk Depot LLC

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when an order placed with Bulk Depot LLC may be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. A cancellation request must be submitted as soon as possible and is not automatically guaranteed.

An order can only be canceled if it has not entered processing, been picked or packed, received a shipping label, been scheduled for carrier pickup, or been released to a shipping carrier.

When an eligible cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the customer’s account.

Orders Already in Processing

After an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded because inventory, labor, packaging, and shipping arrangements may already have been assigned to the order.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, recalled, or converted into returns. Refusing delivery does not qualify an order for a refund and may result in additional shipping, handling, storage, or return transportation charges.

This Order Cancellation Policy applies separately from claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise. Those issues must be reported according to our published Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Order Changes

Requests to add, remove, replace, or change products must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing begins. Product changes are subject to availability and approval by Bulk Depot LLC.

Approved order changes may result in additional charges, balance adjustments, shipping differences, or processing delays.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Address correction requests must be submitted before the order ships. Bulk Depot LLC cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipping-label creation has started.

Once an order has been released to the carrier, the customer is responsible for any carrier fees, address-correction charges, delivery delays, return shipping costs, or reshipping expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Delays

If Bulk Depot LLC cannot ship an order within the stated or applicable processing period, we may contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options. Where required, the customer may accept the delay or request cancellation of the unshipped order.
