Yes. Eligible products from different brands and categories may be combined in one order to meet the minimum wholesale amount unless a specific product, collection, case, or promotion states otherwise.

Is there a minimum quantity per product?
Many products may be purchased individually without a full-case requirement. However, some products may require a minimum quantity, inner pack, case quantity, or pallet quantity. Any applicable requirement will be displayed on the product page or provided by our sales team.

Products and Inventory
Are your products authentic?
Bulk Depot LLC sells authentic products sourced for wholesale distribution.
Product packaging, bottle design, labeling, ingredients, batch codes, and presentation may vary depending on the manufacturer, production batch, packaging update, or intended market version.
Are the products new?
Products are sold as new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or invoice.
Minor cosmetic variations in external packaging do not necessarily indicate that an item is used, damaged, or inauthentic.
Are online inventory quantities always available?
Inventory changes frequently and may be affected by simultaneous online orders, warehouse activity, receiving updates, damaged inventory, or inventory-count adjustments.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is not guaranteed until the order is reviewed and confirmed.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I order?
If an item becomes unavailable, Bulk Depot LLC may contact you to offer:
A comparable replacement
A different available product
Store or account credit
A refund for the unavailable item
No replacement will be made without customer approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where can I find new arrivals?

Order Confirmation and Changes
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation is normally sent to the email address entered during checkout.
The confirmation acknowledges that the order was submitted but does not guarantee final inventory availability, acceptance, processing, or shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact Bulk Depot LLC immediately after placing your order.
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours and before processing begins. A request is not approved until Bulk Depot LLC confirms it in writing.
Once an order has entered processing, been picked, packed, labeled, assigned to a carrier, or released for shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Alcohol-based fragrances may be regulated as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped through every carrier or service.

Can I use a freight forwarder?
Customers may use an approved freight forwarder or export company.
Bulk Depot LLC’s responsibility is generally limited to delivery to the approved U.S. forwarding address. The customer is responsible for confirming the forwarder’s ability to export, transport, clear, and deliver the products.
Delivery Problems
What should I do if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check the delivery location, reception area, mailroom, loading dock, neighboring units, household members, employees, and any available delivery photographs.
Contact the carrier immediately and notify Bulk Depot LLC in writing with your order number and tracking information.
What happens if the carrier loses my shipment?
Carrier-loss claims are reviewed according to the shipping method, insurance coverage, tracking history, carrier investigation, and applicable shipping terms.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the carrier and provide supporting documents or statements.
What if the package arrives damaged?
Inspect all shipments immediately.
